We invest media space as growth capital for small and medium-sized companies in Sweden, Norway and Finland. Through a significantly increased marketing budget, our companies can improve their development and thereby create a greater value.


Since the start in 2002, we have completed over 250 transactions in several different industries. A significant part are e-commerce companies/digital services but also product and B2B companies.


We work actively in our companies and provide tailor-made media advice in a wide range of traditional media types. Our advice includes reporting, follow-up and analysis of completed campaigns. We are also actively engaged in owner-related advisory and provide a wide network of contacts with our previous and current holdings. Through long experience, we are confident in being able to provide the tools for continued expansion and growth in our companies.

model

For many companies, advertising space is one of the largest cost items. For companies facing a major expansion, the relationship between sales and marketing costs is often significant. As an increased marketing cost undermines both liquidity and earnings, companies may not take advantage of the opportunity that exists in the market (the risk is perceived as too great). Through investments in this type of companies, we have seen the effect of an increased media investment. The media companies invested in our funds want to reach companies that today cannot maximize the effect on their market due to a lack of capital for advertising space.


In the case of an investment, an offset issue is carried out. In practice, this means that we offer advertising space in several media channels in return for ownership in the investee company.


Our investments are made from funds that are jointly owned by 12 of Sweden’s largest media companies. The media mix contains advertising space from TV, Radio, Magazines, Daily Press, Display and Outdoor advertising.

The company should be post launch phase, with good proven track record on its own products/services to be able to evaluate the proper marketing efforts.

The company must be in a phase where a significantly increased marketing budget will have a positive effect on the company's valuation.

The company's products or services should primarily be targeted the B2C-segment or, in case of B2B towards a broad corporate segment.

The company's business model shall add a dimension to the industry in which the company operates.

The company shall not be an existing advertiser of major importance in the media channels we represent.

The company should be financed to manage costs in addition to marketing, or the investment takes place in parallel with additional investors.
